What to Expect
This 6 month 1:1 coaching weekly sessions over phone or zoom where we will connect around your personal ongoing challenges to support you to feel empowered and transform your life.
Your mentoring sessions will include times where I will facilitate you to go within and change the construct of your physiology that has been affected by past situations that have resulted in patterns and programs that are still running you.
You will learn the techniques I have been using to understand myself better and use tools to
change my state and show up as my best self on demand. Allow 2 hours so I can help you understand your fears and anything that is holding you back and clear where they are in
your body so you can understand how they have affected you up till now.
What's Included
- 1:1 personal coaching weekly for 6 months
- 1:1 quantum healing sessions weekly
- ongoing Voxer support
If you use essential oils as well I will share usages if that resonates, otherwise the tools stand
alone. Essential oils are another support system but it isn’t mandatory that you use them.

ancient modality healing sessions called
Holographic Kinetics or HK for short
This is for women in Adelaide who prefer 1:1 in person support. Holographic Kinetics is an ancient healing modality.

- Café meet so we can ensure we are comfortable with each other and you know I can help you make the changes you are looking for. (If you are a referral from someone I know then we wont need the cafe meet)
- Session with me in my home which is where my practitioner room is located for you to have a healing session that is one of the most powerful I have ever used
After exploring many healing modalities over the years, HK is one of the most life changing I have ever done. If you are referred by someone I know we can skip the cafe meet, otherwise we will meet somewhere convenient for us both where we will chat over a cuppa where we will schedule the first session. This an ancient modality is called Holographic Kinetics and is based on science and quantum physics. It is 60,000 years old and covers infinite possibilities as it allows you to clear situations from this life and past lives on a range of different levels.
Holographic Kinetics is one of the most advanced healing modalities today. It is based on Aboriginal knowledge and laws of lore.
This modalitiy clears memory at the cellular level where we can then replace that memory with information that empowers us. This creates new neural pathways of memory that enables us to move past the challenging situation feeling more empowered. Changing the past, changes the present which changes the future cycles. When we resist change and past information we trap and form crystals in the body which get locked into stress and weak points within us.
We then find ourselves running on those stresses until we ae able to move from them, for some people that doesn’t happen. Once we address it and release this, the body is then able to heal and move past the issue which stops negative situations from repeating.
HK has the understanding that all things alive are spirit. This remains after the body dies which is why people say they feel a loved one nearby, this is the spirit of the person, free to move around or move on once that lifetime is done. Anythng with a life force can be communicated with and can therefore be cleared of any trauma.
